What should be included in website design services in Saudi Arabia?
There is no universal package definition. A website-design service may provide visual files, a configured template or a complete deployed site. Before buying, turn the offer into a checklist of outputs and responsibilities. Mark each item as included, excluded, optional or supplied by the business.

Define pages, content and languages
List the pages and meaningful page types, then specify who writes, translates and enters the content. Confirm the number of products, projects or other entries included. A page allowance does not automatically cover unlimited content preparation.
For Arabic and English, define whether both versions are complete, who reviews them and how future updates are handled. A language switch with unfinished pages is not a delivered bilingual website.

Describe the working features
Name the required forms, contact links, search, booking, catalogue, checkout and integrations. Explain what each should do and what external account or approval is needed. A visual button labelled 'buy' does not establish a working payment process.
Use acceptance statements: the form validates agreed fields and reaches the approved inbox; the language switch opens the equivalent page; product images keep their proportions. These statements are easier to verify than broad claims of professionalism.
Separate launch foundations and ongoing services
Ask about responsive design, basic search setup, accessibility checks, performance work, HTTPS, deployment and final testing. Then list domain, hosting, maintenance, licences and ongoing SEO separately unless explicitly bundled.
Biaway's catalogue separates its website packages from hosting and maintenance. Read the current package details and confirm the actual proposal rather than assuming every service is included in the build price. Initial SEO setup is not the same as continuing search management.
Include Saudi business information accurately
Supply approved contact details and real coverage for Hofuf and Mubarraz in Al Ahsa, Dammam and Khobar, and Riyadh and Jeddah where applicable. State remote, delivery or visit arrangements. A Saudi Arabia website package should not create branch pages or claim local presence without factual support.
Specify revision, testing and handover
Define design directions, revision rounds, what counts as a new requirement and who approves changes. Include final browser and device checks, defect correction and public-site verification. Ask what support is available after acceptance and what is charged separately.
The handover should identify accounts, source or editor access, licences, renewals and routine editing instructions within scope. A clear inclusion sheet helps compare prices and prevents the business from discovering missing essentials after launch.

Your questions.
01Does a website package include a domain?
Only if stated. Confirm registration ownership, renewal cost and responsibility separately.
02Are stock photos and translation always included?
No. Both need explicit scope and appropriate rights or review. Mark who supplies them.
