This service suits a business whose website is already built and needs accurate day-to-day information. Typical requests include updating a phone number, changing a service price, replacing an image or correcting opening hours. Minor layout adjustments and bug fixes are included within the stated scope.

WHAT TO PREPARE

Send the exact page URL, current wording, replacement wording and any approved image. Explain the expected result for a bug and which device shows it. Group small updates where practical so the monthly allowance can be used on the changes that matter most.

Biaway hosting is 250 SAR/year for a Biaway website. Maintenance is 100 SAR/month and includes up to one hour of minor changes and technical checks within the published scope. Choosing both for 12 months gives a 1,450 SAR subtotal, excluding the website build, domain and extra work. They are separate services, not two names for the same charge.

A new store, major redesign or custom integration is a new project rather than a minor edit. Agree any additional work before it begins; the package does not promise round-the-clock incident response.
