WHAT DOES A WEBSITE COST?

Biaway lists a basic website at 200 SAR, a professional website at 500 SAR and an e-commerce website at 700 SAR, each as a one-time service. Managed hosting is listed separately at 250 SAR per year and maintenance at 100 SAR per month. These are Biaway’s package prices, not a Saudi market average or a final quote for every project.

Start with the job the website must do

A small service business may need visitors to understand its offer and send an enquiry. A company presenting several services may need more pages and project examples. A retailer needs product information, checkout and order handling. Choose the scope around that customer journey: a larger page count alone does not make a website more useful.

Compare the actual deliverables

The basic package covers up to three pages in Arabic or English. The professional package covers up to seven pages and includes website copywriting. The store package includes setup for up to 25 products and standard payment integration. Confirm the page list, product count, content responsibilities and integrations before work begins. The published packages include up to two revision rounds; discuss work beyond the agreed scope separately.

Plan Arabic and English together

A bilingual website needs a clear content plan for both languages. List which pages require Arabic, English or both, and who will supply or review each version. Confirm translation, right-to-left presentation and the final number of language versions in your quote. Do not assume that the basic package’s choice of Arabic or English includes two complete language versions.

Separate the build from running costs

Hosting and maintenance are separate published services. For illustration, the 200 SAR basic build plus one year of Biaway hosting at 250 SAR adds up to 450 SAR for those two listed items. Twelve months of maintenance at 100 SAR per month would add 1,200 SAR if selected. This arithmetic is not an all-inclusive quotation. Ask whether domain registration, platform subscriptions, gateway charges, paid extensions and any applicable taxes affect your final total.

Prepare a brief that can be priced

Share your business name, intended audience, required pages, preferred languages, logo, approved photographs and one main action you want a visitor to take. For a store, add the product list and delivery/payment requirements. Ask the written quote to identify the build scope, review rounds, recurring services, access ownership and delivery milestones. Biaway delivers projects online for businesses across Saudi Arabia; the brief should describe the customers you serve rather than just a city name.

YOUR QUESTIONS.

01

Does the one-time website price include ongoing maintenance?

Maintenance is listed separately at 100 SAR per month for up to one hour of minor maintenance. Confirm whether you want that service and which recurring items appear in your quote.

02

Does basic SEO setup guarantee Google rankings?

No. Titles, descriptions and basic technical setup help describe and maintain the website. Search visibility also depends on content, competition and how search engines crawl and assess pages. No package guarantees a search position.

03

Can I use a package for a custom application?

Describe the required features first. A booking system, custom customer portal or bespoke integration may need a different scope from the published website packages. Ask for a written scope before treating a listed price as a quote.
