Bring your brand files, product or service information, existing photographs and videos, key dates and any wording that needs approval. Agree the two platforms and content priorities. The scope uses client-supplied assets; discuss any need for a new shoot or additional production separately.

01Are Arabic captions included?
Yes. The scope includes captions and hashtags, with Arabic content and English where required. The content plan should reflect how your customers communicate and the purpose of each post.
02Does management include replying to every message?
The published scope includes basic comment and message monitoring, identification of important enquiries and basic response suggestions. It does not state a full-time customer support service or a guaranteed response time.
03Are paid advertisements included?
Social media management is priced at 400 SAR per month. Advertising management is a separate service, and advertising spend is separate from the management fee. No follower, engagement or sales target is guaranteed.
